RidgeForm Signature Studio is a full-featured email signature builder for professionals and organizations. It supports custom branding, brokerage color palettes, multiple logos, optional headshots, social links, promotional banners, legal footers, and email-provider installation guidance. How does my organization get a RidgeForm address?+

During signup, your organization chooses an available name that follows RidgeForm naming rules. The result is a direct address such as yourcompany.ridge-form.com.

Where do Transactions users sign in?+

Users can sign in at transactions.ridge-form.com and continue to their company workspace, or visit their company’s RidgeForm address directly. Users connected to more than one organization can choose the workspace they need.

Can agents, administrators, and clients use the same company workspace?+

Yes. Each person signs in securely and sees the RidgeForm experience appropriate for their role and access.
